She went above and beyond working with the sellers agent to negotiate the resolution several items and personally attended the inspection when I couldn’t make it, providing valuable insight on the items that really mattered. I would definitely work with Sandy again.

And she was a great find! Honest and very friendly, she kept us up to date with what was happening throughout the process, and took calls and texts at crazy off hours. She fought for us to make sure we were getting everything that we were looking for, and has kept in touch since closing to make sure everything was ok. She was quick to answer any questions we had, getting back to us in a timely fashion if the answer needed some research. And her advice on many matters we were concerned with was straightforward and thoughtful. We can not say enough about how great working with Sandy was.
